Project:
Themes that I involve in my photography often include dreams, the ethereal, and escapism. My visual aesthetic always portrays one of delicacy and softness, but I strive to also capture a moment of uneasiness or strangeness. The quality of film always plays a role in my photographs; the grain and the imperfections are a part of the visual narrative I try to tell through my art.The young women I depict in my photography yearn to leave the reality of the world: a thought that is always present in my own mind.
