is a photographer, a motorcycle enthusiast, and connoisseur of Italian pizza, among other things. Originally from Austria, he is currently based in Venice, California. His film based photography is inspired by the sun of the Great American West and his outdoor adventures in deserts, valleys, mountains and lakes.
This is an excerpt from the series “The Rock Lake Kids.” It is compiled of images taken over the summers of 2010 and 2011 at Malibu Rock Lake, California. „The Rock Lake Kids” portrays the youth in a hardly changing environment where smartphones are still without reception and the only real change comes with the patterns on the bathing suits.
