After a year is coming back “L’Italia è di Moda”, or translated “Italy is Trendy”: a 2 days event organized by IUAV University. The event will take place in Venice between the 30th of June and the 1st of July.
The title choosen for this event, it’s not a question at all, but a statement to investigate the state of fashion in Italy, with a strong eye focused on the next fashion designers generation. Thanks to Maria Luisa Frisa, chief of the Degree Course in Fashion Design at the University IUAV of Venice and Federico Sarica (editor of Studio Magazine) and Cristiano Seganfreddo, is taking place in Venice an unique opportunity to meet the editors who leads the italian publishing fashion industry and also a journey around a strategic sector as it’s fashion in Italy.
Positive Magazine is honored to be media partner of this important event: in this edition we also present our new print issue.
If the 30th is the day dedicated to round tables, presentations, meeting and so on, the 1st of July is the graduation show day: the final fashion show is taking place at the ex stockhouses in San Basilio, between the Cottonmill and Ligabue stockhouses, in an innovative Venetian location, a “third landscape” between the water and the industrial side.
