Born & raised in England, Monsieur Cabinet (Dave) is an award winning illustrator and designer living in Leeds, England. A graduate of Kingston University, London, when Dave is not illustrating in his studio, he teaches Graphic Design at Leeds college of Art. He is currently exploring the line between Illustration & Graphics, “I like to resolve my ideas in the most appropriate medium”.
These series are editorial illustrations themed around sport, including football, squash & rugby. There is also illustration or cars & planes, also editorial spot illustrations. I like to leave in mistakes I make when drawing, I believe it adds to the imagery, and believe it is important to learn from these mistakes.
