Sascha Ring, a.k.a. Apparat, is a German musician known for his particular sound. After the amazing success of his last works, with lot of collaboration with artists like Ellen Allien or Modeselektor (forming the “band” Moderat”), he has decided to start a new project: the new one is a new formed band (guitars, drums,voice and sinth) that express a completely new sound: clear voices accompained with strange sound effects, that brings people in a parallel universe, like a dream. That’s the “Apparat’s new face” that, leaving the dancefloor, is ready to search new sounds making live music. The last cd is called ” The devil’s walk”, released for Mute records.
