Today China vigorously develops rural and urban economy of coastal areas. This economy-dominated development will often bring unexpected changes, gradually going deep into the region, family, religion, culture and thoughts.

In 2014, I wandered along the southeast coast line and used the most direct approach to take photographs. Landscape culture under the background of economic development stimulus I saw there was contradictory, confusing and valuable. The value means a dependency relationship between people and region, I think. Survival is the fundamental, and the land is for the root requirement, based on which, perennial vitality may be brought to people and cultures.Xuecong_Lin_positive_magazine_00
