Heather is a photographer based in Bristol, UK. Currently in her Second Year studying a BA Hons in Fine Art at the University of West of England.
The photo series is titled Dove Street, Heather’s address. Overall Heathers practice concentrates on masculinity and her perception of what makes something or someone ‘hard’. Perviously looking at the step from boyhood to manhood within boxing, titled “8 West Country Boys”. Her next project see’s her looking at weakness within masculinity. Basing the works around her father , Paul. 3 years ago after 30 years on the dole, Paul retired from the dole aged 60.
