After three consecutive years of success, an increasingly strong public recognition and critical Circulations (s) took a new momentum and moved to CENTQUATRE-PARIS , a new partner of the festival. In this place located in Paris intramuros and recognized for the quality of its cultural programming, the festival will thus have the chance to be seen by many.

Only festival dedicated to young European photography, the festival Circulation (s) for the fourth year offers a fresh perspective on Europe through photography.It aims to make the talents of young European photography emerge and bring together a network of European actors sharing the same ambition than Fetart helping young photographers to fit into the professional world and to show the public the innovative contemporary art.

True to its commitment to be accessible to the greatest number, the festival and all the events around its programming remain free. The program revolves around the selection of a jury following an international call for applications, guest (a gallery and a school) and white map of the sponsor of this edition, Xavier Canonne, director of the Museum of Photography in Charleroi (Belgium).
