Orson Oblowitz grew up between both New York City and Los Angeles. He studied film and photography at Emerson College in Boston, Ma. Most of his photography is an uncompromised document of the world around him.

Living in the most auto-centric city in the world, Los Angeles, I was fascinated by people’s relationship to their automobiles. Cars have become part of the language of Los Angeles. I wanted to isolate moments in the fast paced roads of Los Angeles, and show these vehicles as a poetic relationship of the automobile to its city.
