Saudi Pro League partnership with Adidas

Adidas and the Saudi Pro League announced a partnership today to boost football in Saudi Arabia. Starting February 2024, adidas will supply the official match ball for the Roshn Saudi League, promoting global interest and growth in Saudi football. The partnership includes using the ‘Oceaunz’ ball for the current season and an upgraded version for the 2024/25 season. This collaboration aligns with adidas’ goal to increase sports participation in line with Saudi Vision 2030. Saad Allazeez, from the SPL, sees this as a significant step in enhancing football, leveraging adidas’ global recognition to attract talent and investments. The deal complements adidas‘ broader involvement in Saudi football, having partnered with the SAFF and signed top national team players. This partnership arrives amidst a surge in global interest and attendance in Saudi’s football league.
